MemberJune 5, 2023 at 7:09 pm in reply to: Airport requirement to bring used camera and lenses from outside IndiaI’ve travelled with similar equipment from the US to Bangalore, and haven’t faced anything from customs. You could show the bill (hopefully India bill) for the R6 if requested. These days again Bangalore experience, India Customs are a bit more liberal, and typically only stop travellers if they are carrying outrageous things like large TVs, jewellery etc..

Perhaps if you could give more details, other photographers here could help out.
Camera : Brand, model number and variant
RAW file : format – usually this is proprietary to the camera brand
Lightroom version – and if you are using Windows or Mac – and versions of the OS
How you import pics from your camera into LR – directly connecting camera to PC, download from SD or CF Card etc.. -
Age and price please. If you prefer you may text or WhatsApp me on 9845312835

The resemblance is remarkable!

If you plan to move to Canon mirrorless, then you have use an adaptor for EF mount to RF mount.
If you plan to move to some other system e.g. Sony etc., there are other branded mount adaptors available

The RF system is a great system. Make the investment and stay with Canon would be my take.

Thanks for a nice analysis of why you switched to the micro 4/3rds system. While I am not a birder, and have done birds only once, I totally get the reasoning. Thanks very much indeed.
