No camera is a bad camera. It all depends on your skills to use it. Do go through the course as per the photography learning path document and you will improve.

I would recommend the Canon 100-500 lens for this camera.

Baseline (Standard): This is the most widely compatible option and is supported by all web browsers and image editors. It creates a single, top-to-bottom scan of the image and is ideal for images that do not contain many details or gradients. However, it produces larger file sizes than the other two options.
Baseline Optimized: This option uses a more advanced algorithm to optimize the encoding process, resulting in a smaller file size while maintaining image quality. It is also supported by most web browsers, but not all image editors.
Progressive: This option encodes the image in multiple passes, creating a series of scans that gradually increase in detail. This can result in smaller file sizes and faster loading times for large images, but it may not be supported by all web browsers.

Which option is better to use depends on the specific needs and requirements of the project. If file size is not a concern and compatibility is important, then the Baseline (Standard) option is a good choice. If you want a smaller file size without sacrificing too much image quality, then the Baseline Optimized option may be better. Finally, if you have a large image with many details or gradients and want to optimize loading times, then the Progressive option may be the best choice.
