I would never recommend sensor cleaning by self. Always take it to authorised service centre only if needed.

This has been fixed. That option was not enabled for this video. Done now.

The steps clearly states that once you create the account on new platform you need to let us know and we will provide access.
We will be moving the payment option to new platform and then this providing access will go away. This is a temp issue.
